Ingredients
1/4 cup (60g) blended cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug, blend cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
