Pinch of salt
For the Cinnamon Swirl (Optional but delicious):
1 tsp maple syrup + 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Batter
In a small bowl or blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Blend or whisk until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Pour into a Mug
Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.
Pour in the batter.
