Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl: almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, and psyllium husk (if using).
Whisk eggs and cottage cheese in another bowl until creamy.
Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough. Let rest 2 minutes.
Shape dough into 4 rings with slightly wet hands.
Top bagels with your favorite seasonings and press gently.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden brown.
