Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, and 1 tablespoon erythritol to form a dough.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, and remaining sweetener until smooth.
Divide dough into small rounds. Press centers to create a shallow well.
Fill each well with the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
