Description

A golden, buttery, flaky Keto Cheese Danish with a creamy center that’s low-carb, gluten-free, and made in just 6 easy steps. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 egg

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup melted butter

2 tablespoons erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, and 1 tablespoon erythritol to form a dough.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, and remaining sweetener until smooth.

  4. Divide dough into small rounds. Press centers to create a shallow well.

  5. Fill each well with the cream cheese mixture.

  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before serving.
