Description

Single-serving overnight oats that taste like blueberry cheesecake—high-protein, no-cook, and meal-prep friendly.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add rolled oats, cottage cheese, milk, maple syrup, blueberries, vanilla, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a mason jar.
  2. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir once more and enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.

Notes

Use certified gluten-free oats if needed. Adjust maple syrup to taste. Frozen blueberries work in place of fresh.
