  • 2 cups cottage cheese (480 g)
  • 1 cup rolled oats (90 g)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (60 g)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (60 ml)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (50 g)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (2.6 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk (120 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, oats, chopped pecans, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
